Wake up in early morning at 6 to 7 o’clock, after getting fresh do you your rich breakfast.



If you have some time eat some snacks at around 11 A.M

Eat lunch meal at around 1:30 pm. Eat well.

In night around 9 pm do you dinner. Don’t eat much but eat only medium amount of food.

In evening at around 5 to 6 P.M you can eat your second snack.

Experts suggested that the better sleep is solved your 75 % physical disorder or body problems. So do exercise, eat well and healthy nutrients food and do better sleep.  

 


A study shows that people who drink more water got up to 40% decrease in body weight. Water can enhance weight loss by boost up metabolism. It’s better to intake water before meals, it keep you felling full, reducing hunger and intake and burn more calories.

Last but not least. Beside these things you should get better sleep which also have positive effects on body and also help you to get rid-off from belly fat. You should get sleep minimum 8 clocks per day and for that the best time for better sleeping is 11 P.M to 7 A.M.
